Hello! I am currently working on getting published, but I also love to talk about my writing practices.
I am definitely a “pantser” writer. I try not to start working on any story if I don’t have a good idea of how it will begin or end, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have sketches of scenes for stories I haven’t started writing!
I am currently working on a cozy science-fiction book as the start to a very weird science-fiction series I’ve had in my head for fifteen years. I am hoping to have the book finished in 2024 while looking for an editor and agent.
My 2024 goals (outside of my novel) include listening to those who have succeeded before me and still love writing. I have a BBC Maestro and a Masterclass subscription for this reason. I also am a strong believer that you cannot be an accomplished writer without reading. While I no longer do long form reviews, I do still read and keep track on Goodreads and Notion (coming soon).
